How does payment work?
We confirm the order details before production begins. Payment is made in cash when your order is delivered.
Do the listed prices include delivery?
No. Product prices do not include delivery. Every order delivered across Lebanon has a fixed $5 / 450,000 L.L. courier fee.
How long does production take?
Typical production time is around 7–8 days for chess sets, around 5 days for coaster sets, and around 3 days for resin crosses. These are production times only; delivery time is separate.
Can I discuss a different color or preference?
Yes. Contact us directly and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll let you know what can be done before confirming the order.
Will my piece look exactly like the product photo?
Not exactly — and that is part of handmade resin. We use the product photo as a design reference and aim to keep the same color palette and overall character, but the exact marbling, swirls, metallic veins, transparency, and pattern placement naturally vary from pour to pour. Each finished piece is one of a kind.
What exchange rate does Resinova use?
Prices are shown in both USD and Lebanese pounds using Resinova’s rate of $1 = 90,000 L.L.
Can I request a gift bag?
Yes. Select the gift option when placing your order and we’ll include a Resinova gift bag with the packaged item.
Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are possible before production begins. Once production has started, made-to-order pieces cannot normally be cancelled.
What if I change my mind or receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Because our pieces are made to order, we do not normally accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and send clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and arrange the appropriate solution.
How are orders packaged?
We package each order carefully for courier delivery, with the goal of keeping the resin piece protected and presentation-ready.
How should I care for Resinova products?
Use a soft cloth for routine cleaning and avoid abrasive cleaners or direct high heat. Resin coaster sets are best used with cold or room-temperature drinks and are not recommended for hot mugs or other hot items.
